What this covers
Footerico (“the Service”) lets you pick brand icons, style them, and get PNG icons via a live URL or downloaded files for your website footer, email footer, or signature. By using footeri.co or api.footeri.co, you agree to these terms.
Using the Service
Free to use in unlimited websites, apps, and emails: pick icons in the Icon Picker and embed the live URLs. No account or API key required today. We may introduce paid plans later (for example, custom logo upload) — those will come with their own terms.
Icons and Trademarks
This is the part that matters most, so read it carefully.
What we license to you
Footerico hand-prepares each icon: cleanup, optical centering, and a separate mask for monochrome styles. We grant you a free, non-exclusive, worldwide license to use the icon files we deliver, via the live API URL, embedded snippets, or a saved PNG or SVG file, in your own websites, apps, and email, for their intended purpose: footer icons, email icons, or signature icons. There's no built-in download button on the site, but if you save a PNG or SVG some other way (for example, through your browser's dev tools), this license covers that too.
What you can't do
- Bulk-download or scrape the catalog to build a competing icon library or API.
- Resell, repackage, or redistribute the icon files as a standalone product.
- Present an icon as an official or endorsed variant of the brand it represents.
- Use an icon in a way that implies partnership with, sponsorship by, or endorsement from Footerico or the depicted brand.
Trademark disclaimer
The logos in our catalog (Instagram, Telegram, and so on) are trademarks of their respective owners. We redraw and restyle them for technical delivery, color, shape, border, monochrome mask, but that styling is our design work, not an official brand asset. We are not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by any of the brands in the catalog, and using an icon through Footerico does not create such a relationship. You're responsible for making sure your use of a brand's logo complies with that brand's own guidelines, especially in official, sponsored, or paid contexts.
If you're a rights holder
If you represent a brand in our catalog and want a logo corrected, removed, or handled differently, email contact@footeri.co and we'll take care of it.
Acceptable use
Don't use the Service to break the law, abuse the API (for example, excessive automated requests outside normal embed use), or interfere with its operation. We may rate-limit or block access that looks like abuse.
Availability
Footerico is provided as-is, free, without an uptime guarantee. Brands, styles, and specific icons may change or be discontinued as brands rebrand or we improve the catalog. The URL shape stays stable, but a specific icon's appearance can change over time, that's the point of a live URL instead of a static file.
No warranty, limited liability
The Service and the icons are provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. We're not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Service or the icons, including any trademark or brand-guideline issues arising from how you use a logo.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the Service evolves. Material changes will be reflected here with an updated date.
